Emoni Matthews
Emoni is the Co-Founder and CEO of Blaze Unlimited, a creative music agency where she brings with her a distinguished reputation in the music industry. With nearly a decade of experience in TV & Film music, she has navigated the sync and licensing field with expertise. After earning a Bachelor of Music Media from Norfolk State University, Emoni began her career as a Music Supervision Associate at Sony ATV's Extreme Music. She then moved to Rostrum Records, creating their one-stop shop catalog, DRIP Library. As Head of Music Supervision and Creative Licensing at House Music Group, she worked on projects like Kevin Durant's "Basketball County: In the Water." Recently, Emoni served as Music Coordinator for Eddie Murphy's "Candy Cane Lane" and Nipsey Hussle's "Hussle Doc." Partnering with Grammy-winning engineer Jake Vicious, Emoni leads Blaze Unlimited with innovation and dedication.

Jake Vicious
Jake discovered his calling while working behind the scenes as a music producer and mixing engineer at the Grammy-award winning production company, House Studios. Throughout his career, Jake has had the honor of working with industry greats such as Pusha T, Faith Evans, Malik Yusef, Ari Lennox, Mannywellz, Wale, B.O.B, Mick Jenkins, 9th Wonder, and many more.
As a former DC Governor for the Recording Academy, Jake has contributed significantly to the music community. Currently, he serves as the President of Music Services and Co-Founder of Blaze Unlimited, where he oversees the company’s diverse offerings, including custom work and catalog building.
Jake is a Grammy-award winning mix engineer and leads Blaze Unlimited's innovative program, "Blaze Connect," which fosters collaboration and growth within the music industry.
